Joshua is the founder of Beltran Construction Services and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from California State University Long Beach specializing in Structural Engineering and Water Resource Management. Joshua also received his Engineer in Training (EIT) certification from the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through the Construction Management Association of America.

Joshua brings over 10 years of diverse experience in the Construction Industry with a portfolio that includes private and public works new construction and renovations of administration buildings, offices, classrooms, specialized laboratories, parking structures, photovoltaic systems, residential tenant improvements, interior and exterior accessibility improvements, and heavy civil projects under the jurisdiction of Development Services Departments and Division of State Architect. Joshua has executive management oversight of all projects and leads the company to ensure all of our clients’ visions are always maintained while guaranteeing safety and quality over every project.
